Cancellation and Refunds:

Customers may cancel a tour reservation at any time. The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 30 days before the start of the tour: full refund

15 to 30 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost

Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: no refund

The Taj Heritage Cities reserves the right to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, The Taj Heritage Cities will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.

Responsibility:

The Taj Heritage Cities is responsible for the services described in the tour itinerary. The Taj Heritage Cities is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by customers as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports, and for adhering to the laws and regulations of the countries visited on the tour.
