The Taj Heritage Cities accepts the following payment modes:

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept payments made through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards.

Bank Transfer: Customers can make a direct bank transfer to our company account. Our bank details will be provided at the time of booking.

PayPal: Customers can make a payment using their PayPal account.

Cash: We also accept cash payments at our office.

Deposit and Balance Payment:

A deposit of 50% of total cost is required to confirm a tour reservation. The balance of the tour cost is due [insert number of days] prior to the start of the tour.

Refund Policy:

The Taj Heritage Cities has a strict cancellation policy, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If a tour is cancelled, any refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Customers may cancel a tour reservation at any time. The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 30 days before the start of the tour: full refund

15 to 30 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost

Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: no refund

The Taj Heritage Cities reserves the right to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, The Taj Heritage Cities will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.
